DHL External Password Portal

⚠️ IMPORTANT: We regret to inform you that our portal will be shutting down on 1 April 2025. This decision has been made after careful consideration, and we understand the inconvenience this may cause.

For password resets from 1 April 2025 onwards, please email External.pwreset@dhl.com with the following mandatory details. Your request will be closed without action if you fail to provide the required information:

- Your Ext UID
- Your Email Address
- Your DHL Contact Person email address
- Your phone number with country code
- Time range you can be contacted (including time zone)
- In case you don’t want to be contacted by phone or you want us to provide your ext_ account password to your DHL contact, please inform us.
