For password resets from 1 April 2025 onwards

For DHL users with an internal user account, please refer to your Home Service desk.

If you don't have a DHL internal user account, please send a direct email to External.pwreset@DHL.com (with no other recipients) with the following mandatory details. Your request will be closed without action if you fail to provide the required information:

- Your Ext UID
- Your Email Address
- Your DHL Contact Person email address, should be with a DHL group domain (@dhl.com, @dpdhl.com ... )

After we will provide you the password trough email.

In case, there is a valid reason not to send you but to the DHL contact the password, let us know in the email.
